Youtube Content
Real estate YouTube content is one of the best marketing tactics for your industry! However, it’s not for the faint of heart. Part of the reason it’s such a good tactic is because unlike Instagram/Facebook, not every realtor does this. Mainly because it can be challenging. For YouTube to work, consistency is critical. We recommend a minimum of 1 upload per week.
YouTube content has a much longer shelf life than an Instagram post. It will essentially live forever on YouTube and has the ability to continuously get views, unlike an IG reel. Since YouTube is a search engine, the quality of each viewer is much higher because they all searched up that specific topic. They are intentional viewers. So even getting 50 views on a YouTube video holds much more weight than getting 50 views on an Instagram reel.
